<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 27pt; text-indent: 32pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312">为改善大气环境质量，依据《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》《吉林省柴油货车污染治理攻坚行动方案》之规定，结合我市大气环境质量状况，现就划定高排放非道路移动机械禁止使用区域有关事宜通告如下：</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 27pt; text-indent: 32pt"><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312">二、本通告所称高排放非道路移动机械是指装配有国二及以下标准发动机的移动机械和可运输工业设备。</span></p>
